Cheating Men The Thicko's And The Sicko's

Cheating Men the Thicko\'s And the Sicko\'s

A lot of women always ask, "Why do men cheat", because they can. Cheating men are basically guys who don't really want to commit "the players", the harsh reality of it all is that he probably never loved you. Cheating is not worth losing that special someone you really love.

Thicko's are major cheaters who sleep with ton's of women if they are in a relationship, while a sicko is the type of cheater who cheats on you with one woman. Men not only cheat because they can, but they also cheat because they probably felt like you were not doing your part in the relationship, or as men call it "being bored". You have to be spontaneous in a commited relationship, also communication.

If you ever feel like meeting the right guy is by going to a club then think again, i'm not judging anyone, it's just that guys dancing at a night club are only look for one thing, if you end up giving it to him then expect him to date you then it just proves your standards are jacked up. (I know, harsh).

You have to make a man want to respect you. If he is doing something that you don't like then you should tell him (communication). Men are like dog's, you have to put them on a leash and train them to do what's right and what's wrong, if a dog poops in the house then you smack his nose and put him outside, if your man acts up then the best thing you should do is talk to him about it and don't give him your cookies till he has learned his lesson. If you don't train your man then you are gonna end up heart broken because guys find girls with standards very sexy. A guy might think a girl in red pumps and a tight dress with jacked up standards is sexy as well, but over all a guy will choose a good girl with good standards in a heartbeat.

Face it ladies no woman likes being cheated on by a sicko and expecially a thicko. When you look at yourself in the mirror who do you see, you see yourself and that image is never gonna change even if there is a man or isn't a man in your life. So keep your head up and show off your confidence, cause no matter who has cheated on you, if you show off your confidence then men will respect you. Confidence and respect are the two sexiest things alive.

Marjane Will Keep some Alcohol Free Stores | Morocco World News

By Loubna Flah

Morocco World News

Casablanca, August 30, 2012

An official in Marjane department stores denied that the group affiliated to the royal holding had refrained from selling alcoholic beverages.

The news that Marjane Holding?s administration has decided to stop selling alcoholic beverages in most of its supermarkets across Morocco has taken both alcohol suppliers and regular customers by surprise.

According to the Moroccan daily Al Massae, the official asserted that Marjane has resumed distributing alcohol in many stores in order to make it available for its customers across the country.

On the other hand, he pinpoints that the administration has decided to keep alcohol-free stores, a decision made days before the holy month Ramadan.

The official has also refuted claims about a potential deal brokered to sell a number of Marjane stores to investors from the Gulf.

Some sources claimed that a company from the Gulf has offered to take over a number of Marjane stores with the sole condition that the department stores cease to sell alcoholic beverages.
Marjane administration has issued a decision to suspend the alcohol business in three stores.

According to the daily Al Massae, the decision will be extended to other stores in many areas namely Derb Ghallaf, Al Massira, Khouribga, Beni Mellal, Ain Seba, Sale and Morocco Mall in Casablanca.

Marjane administration had faced sharp criticism for selling alcohol in high-crime areas. There have been series of protests by local residents against these stores especially in Temara where 17 people were arrested during a demonstration.

Correlations between the decision to ban alcoholic beverages from Marjane shelves and observance of Islamic provisions by the department store administration turned to be groundless. Nevertheless, the new Alcohol-free stores are more likely to receive an influx of customers pleased with the decision.

How to Wash Hair Extensions

By Anonymous on Aug 23, 2012 01:20 pm Washing hair extensions depends on whether they are temporary or permanent ones. With temporary extensions you can take them out before you wash your natural hair so you don't have to wash them as often as you would with permanent extensions. Hence, the less you wash them the longer they last. However, if you follow the simple rules behind washing hair extensions, they equally last for a very long time.

AL wild cards: A's blank Indians

Associated Press Sports

updated 11:55 p.m. ET Aug. 28, 2012

CLEVELAND (AP) - Tommy Milone and the entire Oakland pitching staff have plenty of nothing as far as the Cleveland Indians are concerned.

The Athletics continued to pile up zeroes as Milone and three relievers shut out Cleveland for the third straight time, beating the Indians 7-0 on Tuesday night.

"Just par for the course. Our guys are unbelievable," said Oakland's Brandon Moss, who homered and drove in three runs as the Athletics won their fourth straight to remain tied with Baltimore for the AL wild-card lead.

Moss and Chris Carter homered off Zach McAllister (5-5) as Oakland moved to 5-0 this month against Cleveland with its 10th win in 12 games since dropping eight of 13.

"Another strong pitching performance and you can always live with that," Athletics manager Bob Melvin said.

Milone (11-9) worked six innings. Jerry Blevins, Pat Neshek and Evan Scribner completed the eight-hitter.

Oakland is 14 games over .500 (71-57) for the first time since finishing 2006 at 93-69 and has the best overall record since the start of July at 34-15.

The Indians have lost 12 of 13, are 5-25 since July 27, and scoreless in 45 of their last 48 innings overall.

"A loss is a loss," Indians manager Manny Acta said. "Every single one of them hurts. We couldn't execute at all."

Oakland has outscored the Indians 17-0 in their last three meetings. It started with a 7-0 home win Aug. 19 behind Jarrod Parker's eight strong innings. Brett Anderson worked seven innings in a 3-0 win on Monday.

"I think it is more about us being in a good stretch," Melvin said. "They have a lot of guys in their lineup that get your attention."

It is the first time in 23 years that Cleveland has been blanked three straight times by a team. Oakland did it in June 1989.

Cleveland's offensive futility was on full display in the fourth, when the Indians put runners on second and third with no outs. Milone struck out Casey Kotchman and Jason Donald. Third baseman Josh Donaldson then made a barehanded scoop and throw on a slow roller to retire Jason Kipnis at first to keep the shutout intact.

"Tommy did his best work with runners on base that inning," Melvin said.

Milone agreed.

"I didn't have my best stuff, but was able to get through it," the left-hander said. "They got those guys on, I took a deep breath and was able to make some pitches. You do that, it puts a fire under you."

McAllister struck out the side in the first, then yielded four singles to fall behind 2-0 in the second. Moss had Oakland's third straight hit to make it 1-0. Adam Rosales added a two-out RBI single.

Moss made it 4-0 in the third by hitting a 3-2 pitch for his 14th homer. It came one out after Seth Smith doubled.

Carter homered to open the fifth for a 5-0 lead. It was his 12th homer in 46 games since being recalled from the minors.

"They've done a tremendous job since coming up at almost the same time," Milone said of the duo who often share time at first base. Moss played left field in place of Coco Crisp, who fouled a ball off his right foot Monday.

Carter had an RBI double in the ninth off reliever Joe Smith, who allowed another run on a wild pitch.

McAllister struck out a career-high eight over only 4 1-3 innings. The right-hander gave up nine hits and five runs to drop to 1-3 in six starts in August. He had not allowed more than three earned runs in any of his previous nine starts at Progressive Field.

Indians reliever Esmil Rogers struck out the side in the eighth and Carlos Santana dropped each third strike, throwing to first baseman Kotchman for the putout. Santana also had to throw to first to complete two of McAllister's strikeouts.

NOTES: Oakland has won six straight from Cleveland for the first time since taking eight in a row from the Indians in 1998. ... One day after leaving a start with a sprained ankle, Indians RHP Roberto Hernandez threw in the outfield. The Indians still are not sure if Hernandez will miss his next scheduled start. ... X-rays on Crisp's foot were negative and he is day-to-day. ... Melvin moved SS Stephen Drew from second to Crisp's leadoff spot and RF Josh Reddick from sixth to second while Yoenis Cespedes shifted from left field to center. ... Oakland RHP A.J. Griffin (shoulder) allowed one run in five innings in his second rehab start for Triple-A Sacramento on Monday. ... Indians RF Shin-Soo Choo broke an 0-for-13 slide with a third-inning single. ... Indians SS Asdrubal Cabrera singled in the seventh and is in a 4-for-35 (.114) slump.

Writer Food From A To Z | The Awl

For Frank O'Hara, L was definitely for Lunch. He wrote most of Lunch Poems during his lunch hours?pausing, as he put it, "for a liver sausage sandwich in the Mayflower Shoppe" and taking notes on what he'd seen while roaming Manhattan. Eating and writing, eating and writing. I adore the book's title, not just for its banal literality, but for its figurative (ahem, poetic) potential as well: The volume of poems, small as a subway map, tucks easily into one's pocket. Like a snack. And the poems, too, can be consumed that way. As O'Hara's famous "A Step Away from Them" suggestively ends: "A glass of papaya juice / and back to work. My heart is in my / pocket, it is Poems by Pierre Reverdy."

Poems can be a form of sustenance. But a writer, no matter how high-minded, cannot live by poems alone. And as has been illustrated and explored elsewhere, particular snacks and foods often become intimately entwined with writers' daily routines. What have been some of these favorites? And what were the make-dos when times were lean? (They don't call them "starving artists" for nothing!) Let's run through the alphabet and see.

A is for APPLES

Charles Dickens couldn't get enough of baked apples?one of his favorite treats. He found beauty in their simplicity, and also believed the baked apple had other virtues as well. In an 1867 letter to his sister-in-law Georgina Hogarth, Dickens writes: "If ever you should be in a position to advise a traveler going on a sea voyage, remember that there is some mysterious service done to the bilious system when it is shaken, by baked apples." Delicious and magical! F. Scott Fitzgerald also employed the basic apple in his survival strategies. While writing essays for Esquire in 1936, Fitzgerald stayed in a cheap North Carolina hotel where half of his diet was apples.

B is for BOOZE

Has anyone ever told you it's easier to write after a drink or too? Alcohol can tip the paralyzingly self-aware into loquacity. There are your classic lushes: Hart Crane, Hunter S. Thompson, William Faulkner. Kingsley Amis' famous "Boozing Man's Diet," included here, opens with the caveat: ""The first, indeed the only, requirement of a diet is that it should lose you weight without reducing your alcoholic intake by the smallest degree."

But what about your more restrained drinkers? Robert Frost loved daiquiris. At the Waybury Inn near?one of his favorite dining spots?Frost would begin every dinner with a daiquiri. But only one daiquiri?never more. John Keats also wanted to get the most out of one drink: His fondness for claret caused him sometimes to place cayenne pepper on his tongue, to enhance the drink's flavor.

C is for CHAMPAGNE

Oscar Wilde's love for drink didn't stop him from indulging in it. Wilde was wined and dined during his 1882 American tour, with servers instructed to bring him champagne "at intervals" throughout the day. As noted here, even in prison, Wilde ordered cases of his favorite bottle (an 1874 Perrier-Jou?t) straight to his cell. Transcripts of Wilde?s April 1895 cross-examination confirm his devotion to champagne:

Mr. Oscar Wilde: Yes; iced champagne is a favourite drink of mine?strongly against my doctor's orders.
Mr. Edward Carson, QC: Never mind your doctor's orders, sir!
Mr. Oscar Wilde: I never do.

D is for DEXEDRINE

For Muriel Spark, Dexedrine was at once an appetite suppressant as well as a dieting aid. The author of Girls of Slender Means took the slimming pill for the first half of 1954?a period of postwar food rationing. After more than half a year on the amphetamines, she started to have delusionary visions, schizophrenic-paranoid hallucinations not unlike those she depicted in The Comforters. Reading T. S. Eliot's The Confidential Clerk, Spark believed that the play held codes targeted at her, and spent pages upon pages puzzling over the text. Friends described observing Spark as "watching someone using spiritual crossword puzzles." Alan MacLean?Spark's former editor?would later tell the New Yorker that she was "really quite batty" during the Dexedrine phase.

E is for ?CLAIR FILLINGS

While Colette aspired to thinness (she devoted many a summer to shedding weight), girl still knew how to enjoy some pleasures. And there were some indulgences she just wouldn't do without. Claude Chauvi?re, one of Colette's secretaries, looked on with dismay, as her "passive, idle, greedy" employer scooped and ate the filling out of chocolate ?clairs.

F is for FRITOS

Food can serve as creative incentive for the writer. Years ago Neil Simon mentioned a habit of rewarding himself for completing a difficult scene with a bag of Fritos. (He also pays homage to the chip in his plays, such as when it pops us as an important plot element in The Sunshine Boys.)

G is for GREENS

From Aristotle to Alice Walker, vegetarians have repeatedly demonstrated that one doesn't need meat to fuel even the most active of brains. Other notable vegetarian writers: Ralph Waldo Emerson, Isaac Bashevis Singer, Agostinho da Silvo, and Jonathan Safran Foer.

H is for HALVA

Jean-Paul Sartre was nuts about Simone de Beauvoir, but was nuts about halva more. During his time away at WWII, he craved the dense, nut-based dessert. In his letters to de Beauvoir, he would ask about his beloved treat. "Don't forget," he reminds her in 1939 to send two more boxes of halva. Then, in a following letter: disaster. "I was in an excellent mood today, and then I got your books (the Romains) but no halva. Is there another package?"

I is for ITALIAN SPAGHETTI

H. P. Lovecraft adored "Italian spaghetti," especially with "meat-and-tomato sauce, utterly engulfed in a snowbank of grated Parmesan cheese." Cheese was important. "How can anybody dislike cheese?" he wrote in a letter to fellow horror writer J. Vernon Shea, "I don't suppose you would like spaghetti if you don't like cheese, for the two rather go together." Lovecraft not only enjoyed the taste of pasta?he appreciated its modest cost. "I have financial economy in eating worked out to a fine art," he wrote in 1932. "I never spend more than $3.00 per week on food, and often not even nearly that."

J is for JAVA

Marcel Proust famously once drank 16 consecutive cups of espresso. While Proust ran on java jitters, Gertrude Stein was quite concerned about the effects of caffeine. Though Stein's doctor prescribed her a cup of coffee each morning, she remained wary of the drink. Stein was always nervous about getting nervous and the very thought of coffee added to this anxiety.

K is for KRISPY KREME DONUTS

Nora Ephron rhapsodized about Krispy Kremes in The New Yorker: "The Krispy Kreme Original Glazed doughnut is yeast-raised and light as a frosted snowflake. It is possible to eat three of them in one sitting without suffering any ill effects." Ephron especially loved watching the donut machine at work: "The sight of all those doughnuts marching solemnly to their fate makes me proud to be an American. Sue me. That's how I feel."

L is for LOAVES

Emily Dickinson and Virginia Woolf were skilled bakers, both specializing in bread. You can even try a few of Dickinson's original recipes. Percy Shelley?who often dieted on just bread and water?would have enjoyed such company. Shelley found it difficult to walk by a bakery without stopping in to buy a loaf. Rumor has it that he constantly stored bread in his pockets, leaving a trail of crumbs wherever he sat.

M is for MILK

When Moli?re got sick in 1667, he resorted to a milk-only diet for two months. During the 1830s, Honor? de Balzac went on milk-only diets to combat stomach problems. Franz Kafka was a lacto-vegetarian, also because of digestion complications.

N is for NOTHING

Emily and Charlotte Bront? both had difficulties with eating. Emily regulated her diet, which was described by her sister as "very simple and light." Meanwhile, Charlotte also voiced difficulties with eating, specifically in public. She especially disliked eating out, which she found a bore.

J.M. Coetzee doesn't "drink, smoke or eat meat," and takes long bike rides in order to keep fit. In a 1988 interview, Gabriel Garc?a M?rquez talked about his "perpetual diet," which restricted his food intake?whether from willful dieting, or because he simply couldn't afford to eat. When William Hazlitt was at his poorest, he had quite the irregular diet, often going without breakfast and dinner.

O is for OYSTERS

Anton Chekhov was a fan of oysters. Coincidentally, when Chekov died, his coffin was transported in a freight car with 'OYSTERS' in large letters on its side. Walt Whitman, also an oyster lover, often ate them for breakfast. When friend John Burroughs told the poet he ate "too much blood and fat," he went on to recommend that oysters be dropped from Whitman's morning menu.

Alternately, Isak Dinesen lost weight with the following diet: oysters and grapes, washed down with champagne.

P is for PLUM CAKE

For one breakfast, Jane Austen sat before a spread consisting of plum cake, pound cake, hot rolls, cold rolls, bread and butter, chocolate, coffee, and tea. Balance.

Q is for APPETITE-QUELLING

When especially hungry while living in Europe, Ernest Hemingway would go to a Luxembourg museum "belly-empty, hollow hungry" to stare at pictures of food. Hemingway felt that looking at C?zanne paintings of food not only helped him not to eat, but also fed his aesthetic appetite too. "I learned to understand C?zanne much better and to see how he made landscapes when I was hungry."

R is for RABBIT STEW

On her honeymoon with Ted Hughes to Spain, Sylvia Plath packed a copy of Joy Of Cooking in her baggage. With Irma Rombauer's guidance, she was able to make Hughes a "delectable" rabbit stew for his birthday. As she set up her life with Hughes, Plath would pore over the cookbook, "reading it like a rare novel."

S is for SODA WATER

Slightly overweight as a child, Lord Byron became a chronic dieter in later life. Invited to dinner at the home of the poet Samuel Rogers, Byron was offered fish, mutton, and wine?all of which he refused. Upon being asked what he would eat, Byron replied: "Nothing but hard biscuits and soda-water." Rogers couldn't provide his guest with these, so Byron finally settled on "potatoes bruised down on his plate and drenched with vinegar."

T is for TEA

Upon rising, Immanuel Kant would drink one or two cups of tea (always weak). John McPhee and Paul Auster also reportedly start the day with tea; as Simone de Beauvoir did, too. In the late 70s, Stephen King began teaching and set up a routine in order to continue his own creative work in his off hours. Before settling down to write in the morning, King had to have "a glass of water or a cup of tea" by his side. "The cumulative purpose of doing these things the same way every day," he wrote, "seems to be a way of saying to the mind, 'You?re going to be dreaming soon.'" Jane Austen, of course, drank tea (though she disliked it with sugar). When working in the morning, C.S. Lewis loved having a good cup of tea brought to him. (He strongly believed that "Tea should be taken in solitude.") The real question here is: who writes and doesn't drink tea.

U is for UNORIGINAL

Jack Kerouac loved Chinese food (especially the pork dishes), but his favorite dessert couldn't have been more American vanilla: apple pie ? la mode.

P.G. Wodehouse's typical breakfast involved a slice of coffee, toast with honey or marmalade, and tea. With this, he would read a "breakfast book," usually a crime or mystery novel. He would get to work while smoking a pipe (obviously). Lunch usually meant one meat and two vegetables, followed by an English pudding. At around four o'clock, he would join his wife for English tea-time on good china and cucumber sandwiches. Jeeves!

V is for VANILLA PUDDING

G?nter Grass has written nostalgically of "the vanilla pudding with almond slivers" that his father used to make.

W is for WAR RATIONS

Most British writers suffered from food (and paper!) rationing during WWII (and afterward, as demonstrated by Muriel Spark). Imported fruits like bananas were especially hard to come by. Once, on a rare occasion when Waugh's wife managed to bring home three bananas for their children, Waugh proceeded this way: sitting down before the children, he peeled the bananas, slathered them with cream and sugar, and then ate every last one. Whether this illustrates the desperation of living under rationed conditions, or simply Waugh's generally churlish demeanor, I couldn't say.

X is for EXTREMES

Franz Kafka believed in chewing food 100 times per minute. In 1912, he called himself "the thinnest person I have ever known." As a young adult, Victor Hugo would eat half an ox in one sitting?and then fast for three days.

Y is for YOLKS

When living in exile in the Channel Islands, Victor Hugo would rise at dawn and eat 2 raw eggs, drink a cup of cold coffee, then begin writing.

Z is for ZINGERS

Dorothy Parker fed her readers the wittiest zingers. And leading us back to our alphabet's beginning, she once said, "Ducking for apples?change one letter and it's the story of my life."

Emerging Market Small Caps: The Best Stocks For - Investment U

by Jason Jenkins, Investment U Research
    Tuesday, August 28, 2012

In this age of endless information and media exposure, we get overwhelmed by reports and studies from all types of organizations and statistics referred to only by some crazy acronym ?the IMF, ECB, PMI? The list goes on.

Believe it or not though, some of these reports and organizations actually give us good stuff. And acting on the right information can help build wealth. One such came report came out about two weeks ago and what it said could weigh in on your portfolio choices for some period of time.

You may have seen news referring to the OECD acronym sometime around the second week of August. The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is a global economic organization of 34 countries founded in the early 1960s with a stated mission ?to stimulate economic progress and world trade.?

The OECD over the last decade has been attempting to define and separate itself from all those other international acronyms. They seem less concerned with the theories of international macroeconomics or lending money to debt ridden countries. They try to get down to the ?nitty gritty? and talk about agricultural and/or educational reform. As one former Secretary General stated, they would rather be ?a steering group for the world economy.?

What does this mean for you? In a nutshell, the OECD has some great international economic stats. More importantly, they have been pretty reliable in predicting economic trends.

The OECD Sees a Slowdown Ahead

According to the OECD?s composite leading indicators (CLIs) of economic activity, most of the developed economies are probably going to slow. These indicators are set up to give early signals of turning points between times of boom and bust. Here are how they?re made up:

? You have ?early stage? indicators which look at what?s going on in the initial stages of production like construction approvals

? Then you have ?rapidly responsive? indicators which respond in a timely manner to changes in the economic landscape. An example would be stock market indices.

? ?Expectation-sensitive? indicators would reflect qualitative reports and measures like consumer confidence.

? Finally, ?prime movers? indicators are related to monetary policy and foreign trade

The OECD reported August 8 that its leading indicator fell to 100.3 in June from 100.4 in May. This leads us to believe that there will be ?an easing of economic activity.?

    oecd indicator chart

What Does it Mean to Me?

The OECD?s findings haven?t put the world on its head because we?ve pretty much known this information for quite some time. What it does, however, is give more credibility to what we thought we knew.

In response, there has been a move lately for investors and some fund managers to take a longer look at emerging-market stocks. They are looking more specifically at stocks that are tied to their own domestic consumer growth. The object of this strategy is to take advantage of emerging market growth that isn?t too highly dependent upon demand from Europe and other developed declining economies.

According to Roger Edgley, lead manager of Wasatch Emerging Markets Small Cap Fund (WAEMX), Small-caps in emerging markets ?are less risky than large caps and have less exposure to the developed markets? Developed markets have actually gotten riskier, if you look at debt to GDP, bank stress, and fiscal stress.?

Edgley likes companies with consistent growth over time and here are five of his favorites in WAEMX:

? Colgate-Palmolive India Ltd. (BOM:500830) is a separately traded unit of well recognized Colgate-Palmolive and it is taking advantage of a blossoming domestic consumer market in India.

? LIC Housing Finance Ltd. (BOM:500253) is a part of India?s largest insurer. It provides loans for purchase, construction, repairs and renovation of houses to individuals, corporations, builders and co-operative housing societies.

? Cleanaway Co. Ltd. (TPE: TW:8422) would fall into Warren Buffett?s ?Moat Strategy?. It?s a Taiwanese hazardous waste treatment and management company and this industry has high barriers to entry.

? Discovery Holdings Ltd. (ZA:DSY) is a leading insurer in South Africa which provides insurance products and financial services to employer groups and individuals. They have a range from South Africa to Great Britain China, and the U.S?

? Dah Chong Hong Holdings Ltd. (HKG: HK:1828) is a is a Hong Kong-based conglomerate that deals in motor vehicle sales and repair, air cargo equipment distribution, cosmetic, airport ground support equipment maintenance, food, logistics and warehouse services. Edgely believes that the company can grow even under the threat of a further global meltdown.

If you don?t want to invest individually or can?t invest in foreign stocks with your broker, the Wasatch Emerging Markets Small Cap as of about a week ago is up nearly 15% for 2012. Morningstar also puts it in its top 2% of its Diversified Emerging Markets class. If you look at the annualized return for the last three years, WAEMX is up about 21%.

But this is just one way to hedge against economic slowdowns in the ?developed? world. Stay tuned for more quality emerging market plays from our experts in the weeks ahead.

    Good Investing,

    Jason Jenkins

Why You Need an Email Address Using Your Own Domain Name ...

Business owners benefit greatly by using an email address that contains the name of their business. Right away, you are seen as professional. If a business owner is not serious enough to register their own domain name and set up their own email address, how serious are they about their business? A personalised email address is also an easy way for existing clients and potential customers to remember the electronic mail address without having to look through their diaries and digital organisers. Today, it is possible to customise an online mail address as long as it follows the right format. Domain names can be included for fast recall and to achieve a more professional business email address. By choosing an appropriate domain name you can make your electronic mail address look more professional and make it easier to remember. For businesses, utilising your own domain name is strongly recommended rather than using a free email service. Besides looking unprofessional, another disadvantage of using a free email service is you risk getting spam messages in your inbox and you risk your email address being used by fraudulent people to send spam emails. Creating a unique email address containing your domain name can be done in two ways. First, set up dedicated hosting for your specific domain name. What this means is hosting the domain name on a particular server. Doing this will allow you to have your own portion of the disk space for each mail account. Another option is to set up email forwarding using your domain name. Use this option if you want to continue using your existing email account. With email forwarding, messages you receive from your hosted email account will be automatically sent to your current account. Web hosting companies normally offer packages that allow customers to create one or several email addresses using their domain name. You can do this on your own using the online control panel provided by your hosting company. The direct URL of the control panel should be provided to you by the company but if this is not possible, ask your web hosting company for help with setting up your email addresses. To create your specific email address via your web hosting company, you will need to enter a username, password and amount of space you want for your email account. Remember, though, that the space you specify here already forms part of the total disk space allocated to you in your hosting package. Hosting companies can allow multiple or even unlimited email accounts these days but if you?re in business, it would be beneficial to limit it to just two or three that you can use on a regular basis. For security reasons, it?s crucial not to share your password with anybody unless you have a trusted assistant who manages your emails and performs other administrative tasks on your behalf. You need to protect your inbox and even your website from various internet threats and attacks. By utilising a hosted domain name, you also have the freedom to change internet service providers (ISPs) without your clients being aware of it because you still retain your email address. Before setting up your account, an important point to keep in mind is that you need to register your domain name first. In this way, nobody else can claim it and you can freely use it when creating your unique email addresses.

    Q. Choosing an Internet Hosting Package

The greatest obstacle to discovery is not ignorance - it is the illusion of knowledge.Daniel J. New jury instructions explicit: No Facebook

    4 hrs.

While judges have always admonished jurors not to?blab during a trial and deliberations, some people can't keep their mouths shut. The growth of social media like?Facebook and?Twitter have proven?too tempting for some jurors, ?so a new set of guidelines for jurors in federal cases aims?to make it crystal clear: Stay off the stuff.

In a new set of?jury instructions?issued by a Federal Judicial Conference committee, jurors will be told by the judge:

I know that many of you use cell phones, BlackBerrys, the Internet and other tools of technology. You also must not talk to anyone at any time about this case or use these tools to communicate electronically with anyone about the case. This includes your family and friends. You may not communicate with anyone about the case on your cell phone, through e-mail, BlackBerry, iPhone, text messaging, or on Twitter, through any blog or website, including Facebook, Google+, My Space, LinkedIn, or YouTube. You may not use any similar technology of social media, even if I have not specifically mentioned it here.

And, the judge will add: ?"I expect you will inform me as soon as you become aware of another juror?s violation of these instructions."

That's how many?judges have learned?about?such missteps. The conference surveyed judges last fall about jurors' use of social media during trials and deliberations, and found that when "social media use was detected, it was most likely to be reported by a fellow juror."

"This social media use most often took the form of posts about the progress of the case or the juror?s service in general," according to the?study. "There were several instances of jurors attempting to contact participants in the case via social media.

Indeed. In Florida earlier this year, a 29-year-old juror who?sent a Facebook message to a defendant during a trial, then bragged on the social network about being kicked off the jury, is now himself in hot water ? and in jail for contempt of court. In Britain last year, a 40-year-old juror admitted she used Facebook to?contact?the defendant in a case because she saw "considerable parallels" between their lives.

U.S. District Court Judge Julie A. Robinson, chairwoman of the Judicial Conference Committee on Court Administration and Case Management, which issued the new guidelines, said in a statement?that while "the overwhelming majority of judges take steps to warn jurors not to use social media during trial," the judges who were surveyed said that "additional steps should be taken."

"The judges recommended that jurors frequently be reminded about the prohibition on social media before the trial, at the close of a case, at the end of each day before jurors return home, and other times, as appropriate. Jurors should be told why refraining from use of social media promotes a fair trial. Finally, jurors should know the consequences of violations during trial, such as mistrial and wasted time. Those recommendations are now part of the guidelines."

    93% Neil Young Journeys

    All Critics (43) | Top Critics (20) | Fresh (40) | Rotten (3)

"Journeys" is simply a trip most need not take.

I'd say the movie does a fine job of completing the trilogy, but I wouldn't be surprised if Demme and Young have more in them yet.

Like Young, Demme often takes an iconoclastic route. This is in part a concert film, yes, but not a traditional one.

Forget Crosby, Stills and Nash and maybe even Crazy Horse. Jonathan Demme might be Neil Young's ultimate collaborator.

As a songwriter, Young can still deliver: one of the best tunes here is a lovely, piano-propelled number, "Leia," that he hasn't even released yet.

The wartsy antipode of Katy Perry: Part of Me, with an intimacy and intensity bordering on the overwhelming.

"Journeys" is about looking back - not in sorrow or wistfulness, but in affection and, often, impassioned remembrance of times past and how they still resonate in the present.

A mesmerizing and intimate visit with a performer who is identified most closely with rock 'n' roll, but whose artistic curiosity has taken him in myriad directions musically throughout his 40-plus-year career.

Neil Young Journeys does for some of us what a rare film can do - it revives and renews our spirit. Neil Young and Jonathan Demme. Heart and soul. Wisdom and age. Fire and ashes. Lightning and thunder.

For fans, Journeys is like that box set of uneven rarities that they simply must own. For casual friends, it's 90 minutes in good company. For the rest - ho-hum.

An unusually fulsome tribute to the singer-songwriter from the director of The Silence of the Lambs.

On its own terms, "Neil Young Journeys" is an enjoyable concert film of a solo show in Toronto, interspersed with memories of his Canadian boyhood.

The concert camera work is sometimes a little tight for comfort (not really interested in Young's bridge work), though it adds to the intensity.

Movie fans probably don't need to hear him sing "Ohio" again, but "Neil Young Journeys" -- Jonathan Demme's second Young doc, if you're counting -- does have some new wrinkles.

In a sense, this film finishes a cycle that began with the homey and impressive "Neil Young: Heart of Gold" and continued with the raucous "Neil Young Trunk Show" of 2009.

"Look at Mother Nature on the run..."

A portrait of a true musical legend who is equally fascinating both onstage and off.

'Heart of Gold' was a great concert film, and 'Journeys' doesn't match it. BHut on its own it's a highly enjoyable ninety minutes of music and droll talk.
